Finally we can connect info from back then at IGN article here, when Sony filled for patent and trademark for Bloodborne at 24th April. Oh almost forgot go here for Bloodborne shenanigans. :D Also cant add more links to original post so have to use codes, just copy paste them.

Oh sweet jesus.

At 0:32 he seems to create a combustion-like effect with his torch. I wonder if that's magic, or just a function of the torch itself? Nevermind, I see what it is. He chucked a bottle of flammable liquid at the zombie first, then ignited it with the torch.

0:34 shows him blocking with his weapon.

Oh, and pretty much all of the non-human (beast?) monsters are terrifying.

Actually bialy0021 when word got out that Miyazaki was not directing DkS2 everyone was concerned. That concern did not fade away. It just remained on the background until DkS2 was available to the public. The concern was confirmed, DkS 2 was a B team production.

Bloodborne will be an A team production. But your point is well taken. :gamers:

I really wanna see what sort of variety they will have on guns, I kinda want to have a (balanced) revolver, also I'm sort of curious if it will be possible to play the game using only guns, since (lets be honest) guns are basically replacing magic and in previous souls games playing a "pure caster" was entirely possible.

Here I thought I'd be able to not get hyped by this, but no, you do it again...
Beast Souls. Bloodborne.

I'm throwing money at the screen, but nothing is happening.


Guns replacing magic sounds very interesting. I wonder what the bullet amount and/or reload speed will be like. They don't even have to limit our amount of bullets if the damage they do, in the amount of time they take to use, isn't big. If you only have short-range weapons too, it can't even be used to bait enemies one by one on you.

The character movement speed from DS, one of the things I've missed most, seems to have returned. Everything about this looks really appealing thus far. Guess I'm buying a ps4 sooner than expected. Great work on all this meph.

Was hoping for Demons Souls 2 , but hopefully " Bloodborne won't dissapoint . Those beasts look spooky . I will have to play in day light lol . Thanks Mephistophelea for all the coming info . Good job .
