Labyrinth Madmen (aka Sages) Gems

Anyone farmed these guys much? I'm finding some incredible gems from them in pwmf22gu. Truly great gems. Some of them give over a 44% total boost per gem with their secondary effect activating.

Highest primary effects I've found in Pthumeru Ihyll:
+21% physical atk
+24.3% blunt/thrust atk
+21 blood scaling
+28% charged attacks
-6.8% stamina cost
+27% phys atk near death
+21% fire atk
+21 Str/Skl scaling

Secondary effects I've found in Pthumeru Ihyll:
+12.2% charged attacks
+12.6% ATK up vs open foes
+12.2 WPN durability
+18.9 physical attack
-3.2% Stamina cost
+11.5% phys at full hp
+11.7% phys up near death
+5.8 slow poison

One of the sages in the Pthumeru dungeon has a red aura while the other does not. The non-aura sage drops up to rank 17 gems while the red aura sage seems to be dropping up to rank 18.

I have also been farming RFC Lower Loran glyph 25dzpyg3 and am finding incredible fire and bolt gems

Highest primary effects I've found in RFC Lower Loran:
+21% Fire ATK
+21% Bolt ATK
+21% phys ATK

Highest secondary effects I've found in RFC Lower Loran:
+2 HP recovery
+11.3% ATK vs Beasts
+5.8 slow poison
+5.9% rally potential
+31.5 Fire ATK
+31.5 Bolt ATK
+11.7 WPN durability

Is this the normal madmen, or the fetid aura ones? Enemies with the red auras drop different, stronger gems, especially in a cursed dungeon.
