I'm preparing to do something I haven't seen before (not that it doesn't exist, I just haven't seen it):
An "in-character" Let's Play of Dark Souls. Like, role playing the character while recording. Why? Well, blind playthroughs, like Squiiddish's Derp Souls, the best example, are the most entertaining to me. Sadly, I can't offer that. BUT, I CAN offer a pseudo-blind playthrough by doing it in-character.
I've asked summer friends, but I think you guys would be the best source of feedback here:
Should it be done, like everyone else, on NG, with the character's gear and stats evolving as it wore on?
Or should I tred the rare ground of NG+, using a completed character with some custom textures, focusing on portraying the character and using his motivations for pacing instead of leveling up?
Friends said NG+, but I really want to ask the community.
